Run a node

The network runs as a permissioned consortium with equal validator power: one bonded validator, one vote. Open public delegation is not available at launch.

Node pay parameters are reserved. Protocol fee routing to operators in USDC is not wired yet. Do not promise monthly operator pay from protocol fees.

  1. 1. KYC and NODE_OPERATOR application
    Complete identity verification and apply for the NODE_OPERATOR registry role.
  2. 2. Consortium admission
    Wait for governance or authority to admit your participant to ACTIVE.
  3. 3. Validator allow-list
    A separate MsgAdmitValidator proposal must allow your operator address.
  4. 4. Create validator
    Post the required C12 bond and create-validator through the extension when enabled.
  5. 5. Operate oracle and signing
    Run prevote and vote on the price feed and stay within signing windows.
